Cut packing tape with sharp knife
Turn right side up, cut packing tape on top:
Lift the packing box off the styro cooler:
Cut tapes holding cooler lid

Take out bag of oysters
Rinse quickly (still in the bag) under cold running water
Place on open pan
Cover with wet dish towel:
Put in refrigerator:
